个人简介

李厦, 博士, 教授, 博士生导师, 2005年在德国科隆大学获得硕士学位; 2014年在im体育农业大学获得发育生物学方向博士学位。2010起就就职于im体育农业大学。目前主要从事细胞生物学的教学和科研工作,近几年主持和参加国家和省级科研基金10余项。在国际主流学术期刊Plant Cell, Plant Physiol, Plant Journal等刊物上发表SCI论文60余篇,影响因子超过200

研究方向

1. 蛋白质棕榈酰化:作为一种可逆的蛋白翻译后修饰方式,棕榈酰化对于被修饰底物蛋白发挥功能起到重要的作用。发现和鉴定蛋白质棕榈酰化酶在植物生长发育及对环境响应过程中的作用。

2. 根毛的生长调控机制:主要探究小G蛋白ROP,激酶以及转录因子RSL4在根毛生长中的作用机理。

3. 植物抗旱:寻找新的抗旱基因(参与调控气孔开闭)并揭示其工作机制。
